This program is designed to get you to your long-term goal. After building a solid foundation in Phase 1 it is now about turning these newly learned skills into habits and routines.
In this Phase we continue with our training:
- 4 Strength Sessions per week
- 1 Yoga session per week
- 1 Metabolic Conditioning session per week
Here is where our Nutrition and Coaching program changes.
As we move into Phase 2 we create a personalised nutrition program designed to get your body the results you are after. This program is designed to be easy to follow, sustainable in that it gives you balance (like still able to enjoy some chocolate!) and continue to get the results you want, enabling you to achieve those results and keep them for good.
You still get your coaching calls and body composition scans but now we layer this with some advanced technology and utilise state of the art coaching software to your smart phone so you can track all aspects relevant to your results (from nutrition to sleep). This is communicated live to our coaches so we can give you support, accountability and guide you through your journey.
